- Task list with cycle times

How to balance a manned line with a yamazumi chart
- Set takt. Set the takt time from customer demand. This is the target ceiling every station must sit under.
- List tasks. Enter every task with its measured cycle time and its current station assignment.
- Read the yamazumi. The stacked bar chart shows total time per station. Bars above takt are overcycled; bars below have idle.
- Rebalance. Move tasks between stations to level the bars under takt. The rebalance hint suggests which task to move.
- Compare scenarios. Save the current state as baseline, edit assignments and compare balance loss between scenarios before you commit.
